Haus Rollin

This cosy and light-filled 2½-room flat on the 2nd floor combines alpine charm with modern living comfort. Warm wood panelling, stylish furnishings and unobstructed views of the Matterhorn create a special, cosy atmosphere.

The open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen invites you to relax and offers direct access to one of the two sunny balconies with views of the Matterhorn. A mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a small workspace complements the generous living space. The separate bedroom features a large double bed and access to the second balcony.

The bathroom, renovated at the end of 2024, is fitted with a shower and toilet. The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fondue set, crockery and cooking utensils. Basic supplies also include oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices, as well as dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and tea towels.

The Rollin House enjoys an idyllic and peaceful setting in the charming district of Winkelmatten – yet is conveniently close to the centre of Zermatt. The bus stop is only about 100 metres away, and restaurants and the centre are also within easy walking distance.

Thanks to its beautiful location, the house is an ideal base for walks, excursions and unforgettable summer and winter days in the Zermatt mountains.
