Haus Rollin

This cosy and light-filled 2½-room flat on the 2nd floor combines alpine charm with modern living comfort. Warm wood panelling, stylish furnishings and unobstructed views of the Matterhorn create a special, cosy atmosphere.

The open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen invites you to relax and offers direct access to one of the two sunny balconies with views of the Matterhorn. A mezzanine with a double bed, a single bed and a small workspace complements the generous living space. The separate bedroom features a large double bed and access to the second balcony.

The bathroom, renovated at the end of 2024, is fitted with a shower and toilet. The kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay – including a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, fondue set, crockery and cooking utensils. Basic supplies also include oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices, as well as dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and tea towels.

Haus Rollin is situated in a peaceful location in the idyllic district of Winkelmatten, at the foot of the Matterhorn. The district is easily accessible on foot or by electric bus and is the ideal starting point for hikes and unforgettable summer and winter adventures in the mountains. The bus stop is only about 100 metres away. Various restaurants and the centre of Zermatt are within easy walking distance.
