Quiet, sunny residential area in the old village centre at the Plaz. Shopping facilities for daily needs directly above the street in the VOLG shop. The sports bus/village bus stop is only approx. 30 metres away. The thermal bath (Bogn Engiadina Scuol) can be reached in approx. 5 minutes on foot. Restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. A homely living feeling in an Engadine house whose former hay barn was converted into three holiday apartments in 1993. Description of apartment: WILAN access free of charge. This 2.5 room maisonette apartment is completely facing south, (garden side) where you can also enjoy the peace and quiet. We attach great importance to the fact that our guests can enter the apartment in a particularly clean condition. The beds are put on upon arrival. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Price for electricity/heating/hot water: Summer Fr. 15.00 per week. Winter: Fr. 40.00 per week. Electric floor heating in all rooms except the bedroom which is equipped with an electric radiator. On the first floor with balcony is the living-dining area as well as the bathroom/WC. In the attic is the bedroom with 1 double bed, as well as 1 to 2 single beds. In the basement there is the general storage room for skis, sledges, bicycles, prams etc. as well as the laundry room/drying room with 6kg washing machine and a tumbler. Additional detailed details (including description of the apartment and facilities) and information on where to report on arrival, pick up keys, etc. will be sent to our tenants upon delivery of the rental contract. During the low season it is also possible to rent on a daily basis. (Price etc. according to separate agreement)
The house is located at the "Plaz" near the Engadine houses old village centre "Scuol sot".
