The Kurhaus is situated in the picturesque village Bergün on an altitude of 1400 metres, at the foot of the Albula pass and in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage landscape with its breathtaking railway, in the middle of Grisons. Bergün authentic and real, among an intact nature - may be small, but there are lots of things to see and do, the whole year round! Bergün is well connected to the public transport and the road to Bergün is open year-round. The train takes from Basel and Berne about 4 hours, from Zurich about 2.5 hours. There is a direct line from Chur to Bergün by the Rhaetian Railway every hour. Marvellous panoramic views and a spectacular journey over bridges and through numerous tunnels are the ingredients to a memorable ride on the UNESCO-world heritage train. The Kurhaus itself is in a 7-minute walking distance from the train station.
