Bedroom:
1 bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe, birch parquet flooring. A travel cot for a toddler is available on request.
Bed linen is provided but not included in the price.

Living room:
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people. Access to the large corner balcony (south-east/south-west facing, with balcony furniture and awnings), and an open-plan layout leading to the kitchen-diner. Stereo system and satellite TV

Kitchen:
The kitchen, with a cosy dining area, is fully equipped. Ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, raclette machine and fondue pot.

Interior:
A tastefully and lovingly furnished flat with underfloor heating (wooden and tiled floors) and a large corner balcony facing south. Carefully selected wall art adds to the flat’s cosy atmosphere.

The 2.5-room flat (54 m²) is situated on the first floor of the building at Gadahüs 4, which comprises a total of six residential units. In winter, you can ski straight from the slopes right up to the front door; in summer, there is access to a wide range of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the immediate vicinity.

In the basement of the building, there are the flat’s own ski lockers and lockable storage compartments for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a communal laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and washing lines. The flat comes with an underground parking space with direct access to the building (further parking is available outside the building). The five buildings that make up the Gadahüs complex are surrounded by extensive green spaces, which also feature a playground for young children and a barbecue area.

Just 200 metres away is the Misanenga-Untermatt 4-seater chairlift, providing central and quick access to the ski area. The Rufalipark (www.rufalipark.ch), offering further sports and leisure facilities – such as an ice rink in winter and tennis courts in summer, a swimming lake, a playground, trampolines, beach volleyball, an indoor play centre, a restaurant, etc. – is also right next door.
