Living room:
The living room features a sofa bed for 2 people. Access to the large corner balcony (south-east/south-west orientation, balcony furniture and awnings), open passage to the living kitchen. Stereo system and satellite TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen with a cozy dining area is fully equipped. Ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, raclette set and fondue set.

Interior design:
Tastefully and lovingly furnished apartment with underfloor heating (wood and tiled floors) and a large corner south balcony. Selected wall pictures contribute to the cozy character of the apartment.

The 2.5-room apartment (54m²) is located on the 1st floor of the Gadahüs 4 building, which has a total of 6 residential units. In winter, it is possible to ski directly from the slope to the front door, while in summer, there is immediate access to a variety of hiking and mountain biking opportunities in the surrounding area.

The basement of the building houses the apartment's own ski storage compartments with lockable sections for storing (winter) sports equipment, as well as a shared laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes lines. The apartment includes an underground parking space with direct access to the building (additional parking spaces are available outside the building). The 5 buildings of the entire Gadahüs complex are surrounded by extensive green areas, which also feature a playground for toddlers and a barbecue area.

Just 200 meters away is the Misanenga-Untermatt 4-seater chairlift, providing central and quick access to the ski area. The Rufalipark (www.rufalipark.ch), with additional sports and leisure facilities—such as an ice rink in winter or tennis courts in summer, a lake for swimming, playground, trampolines, beach volleyball, indoor play paradise, restaurant, etc.—is also located nearby.
