In winter you have direct access to the ski piste from the flat and in summer you can start your mountain tours directly from the house. Simply leave your car in the garage belonging to the flat and explore this wonderful landscape on foot, on skis or by bike. The location of the flat is ideal for mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking, skiing (alpine) and cross-country skiing.
