The modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette oven, fondue set, toaster, induction hob, oven, kettle, kitchen scales. The dining table can accommodate 4 people, TV, Internet / Wi-Fi, small desk, large built-in wardrobe, 2 single beds 90x200, underfloor heating. The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle, toilet, underfloor heating, towel warmer.

The house Lerch was newly built in 2018 and is located in the heart of Zermatt, only 2 minutes from the train station, the Gornergratbahn, ski bus and COOP.
Other shops and restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes.
