Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: One large bedroom with a double bed (2 single beds) and a separate single bed and wardrobe. Small bedroom with 2 beds and wardrobe. A cot is also available. In the living room, the sofas can be easily converted into beds (max. 2 people).
Bed linen and bath towels provided. It is also possible to bring your own bedding.

Living room:
Ground floor apartment with an open living area with a semi-open kitchen with a dining table for approx. 6-8 people and a living room with 2 sofas (sofa bed max. 2 people), 2 swivel chairs. Balcony and lawn area in front of the apartment for use (garden table with chairs). An additional balcony in front of the kitchen with evening sun (summer) and view into the valley. A grill is available.
Internet with Wi-Fi and TV with 7-day replay plus a DVD player.

Kitchen:
Kitchen with dining table for up to 8 people, glass-ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, microwave, toaster, egg cooker, raclette and fondue equipment.
Spices, oil and vinegar plus various teas, flour and more are available. Please replace used food.

Bathroom:
One large bathroom with toilet, double washbasin and bathtub with shower rod. A hairdryer is available. Towels provided.

Spacious and very quiet 3.5-room apartment

The house is located close to the ski slope - you can ski or sled directly to the house. In summer and autumn, it is well suited for hiking or enjoying nature. From the living room, you can enjoy the sunny view of the slope or the green mountain slopes in the morning, and from the kitchen balcony, you can enjoy the view into the valley in the evening sun.

The apartment has two bedrooms (large bedroom with 3 beds and wardrobe, small bedroom with 2 beds, wardrobe), a large living room with 2 sofas (sofa bed), 2 armchairs, TV and various board games. The apartment is equipped with all kitchen appliances such as raclette, fondue, toaster, etc. Two balconies and a lawn area in front of the living room are available. The apartment is accessible at ground level. The large bathroom with toilet has a double washbasin and bathtub. The kitchen has a large refrigerator (with small freezer), dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso machine. The large dining table for 6-8 people is in the bright kitchen with a view of the mountains. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or provided for a fee.

Wi-Fi and a smart TV with TV app (GGA Maur) are freely available. 1 parking space is available in front of the house.
