The kitchen has a dishwasher and a refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers.
The larger bedroom has a double bed (separable) and the smaller room two single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is available a washing machine too.
The chalet with the two apartments is located in the holiday village Oberurmein on the Heinzenberg. The access road leads to the house. The 3.5 roomed apartment is situated about 300 meters from the valley station of the ski lift and is on the 1st floor.

The view of the Piz Beverin and the mountains in the south is magnificent.
