Living room
In the living room, there is a new soapstone stove with a glass door. Wood is provided. The firing instructions are within easy reach. A TV is deliberately omitted. Instead, you’ll find a selection of books, CDs, and games on the bookshelf. The DAB radio receives all the usual programs. Wi-Fi is also available. The sofa is positioned in front of the fireplace, and a single armchair with a footrest can be pulled up. The dining table occupies the rear part of the living room, which faces down the valley. There are enough chairs in the apartment to accommodate a guest.

Bedrooms
The three bedrooms each feature a 160x200 cm bed. The beds are made according to the number of guests, and each guest receives a hand towel and a bath towel. Two of the bedrooms face down the valley towards the church, while one faces away from it. The rooms vary in size, but all have either a wardrobe or a dresser. All floors in the bedrooms are wooden. Each room can be heated with a small electric heater upon request. One room also includes a table and chair. Bed linen is provided.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a slightly retro feel. It includes a shower and a washbasin with a mirrored cabinet. There are various options for storing and hanging toiletries. The towel rail above the heater dries bath towels quickly. Each guest is provided with a set of towels, including a washcloth, hand towel, and bath towel. A hairdryer is available in a small cabinet. Towels are provided.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the bed linen price. The lighting is dimmable, and the many drawers contain all the usual cooking utensils. The spice cabinet is stocked with common spices.

Other rooms
Skis can be hung in the entrance hall. Ski boots are best taken inside the apartment where it’s warmer. The balcony is where you’ll find the wood for the stove. Please bring in a load to dry before use. There are also 2-3 sledges waiting for use. On sunny and warm days, the outdoor table with five garden chairs invites you to relax and enjoy.

Furnishings
The furnishings are practical and family-friendly. A short-pile rug in the entrance area adds warmth, while the kitchen has linoleum flooring. All other rooms feature parquet floors.

The 4-room holiday apartment (90 m²) is located on the first floor of a small multi-family house with a total of four apartments. The house is just above the main road, within easy walking distance of the Dieni valley station. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of the upper Surselva. The apartment entrance is on the ground floor, where skis can be stored in winter. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. The house is an older wooden building.
