Bedrooms:
One bedroom with a large double bed and a private balcony. One room with a pull-out bed and a sofa (also pull-out). A further bedroom with a desk and two pull-out beds. All rooms feature a wardrobe and a separate dressing area. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space with a kitchen/dining area includes a large dining table (extendable to seat 10 people), a spacious corner seating group with seating for 4 people, a comfortable chaise longue, a stylish bar for 4 people, some board games for cozy evenings, and access to a large balcony with sun all day.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette oven, and a fondue set.
Beautiful wine, champagne, and beer glasses are also part of the kitchen, along with towels and kitchen linens – all included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin, while the other bathroom has a shower and a toilet/washbasin. Bath towels are provided and included in the price.

The top-equipped 4.5-room apartment (100 m²) is located in a very central position on the 3rd floor of a multi-family building with 7 apartments (elevator).

From two balconies, you have a beautiful view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

A ski room is located on the ground floor. A garage space and a carport are included in the price.

Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by free ski bus (stop < 100 m). Shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.

Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

An ideal home for adults and families with older children: To meet the needs of our guests for maximum relaxation, bookings in this property are intended for children aged 8 and above.
