The holiday house is located in a quiet, sunny spot slightly above the village and the fairytale hotel Bellevue. You can enjoy the panoramic view of the Glarus mountain world on the spacious terrace and the balcony. The living and sleeping areas open up to the south and offer a magnificent view.

Ideal for two families or several generations.

The chalet for sole use offers a spacious holiday apartment on two floors.

Equipment:
On the ground floor there is the spacious entrance area with wardrobe and a single room, through which you reach the large double room with en suite bathroom and sauna.

On the first floor is the open and bright living-dining room with kitchen and balcony. Two bedrooms 1 x double bed, 1x 2 single beds and a small bathroom complete the room program:

• Four bedrooms: 2 x with double bed (180 cm) / 1 x with two single beds / 1 x with single bed
• Living area with large sofa, 2 armchairs, Swedish stove, radio/CD-DAB+ and TV
• The kitchen is open to the living area and fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge, Nespresso machine, bread maker, waffle iron etc.
• Two bathrooms: 2x shower, toilet, washbasin (1x sauna)
• Balcony with all-round view of the magnificent Glarus mountain world
• Terrace 100 sqm as play and sunbathing area

plus guest taxes.

Rental:
The holiday house is bookable from April to November.
