Description

The holiday apartment was newly built in 2026 and is located on the ground floor of the semi-detached house. Access is via the garden on the south side. Garden seating, a sandbox, and a barbecue or fire pit are available for use. The house is situated at the end of the street with no through traffic, making it very suitable for families with children. Sports equipment can be stored in the garage or garden if needed. The parking space is located next to the garage.

The apartment features a spacious separate cloakroom in the entrance area. In the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven including microwave function, an induction hob, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The dining table offers enough space for 4 people. The sofa can be used as a sleeping option for a maximum of two children. The bedroom contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm), bedside tables with lamps and charging function (USB-A and USB-C), as well as a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (80 x 120 cm), a toilet, a mirrored cabinet, and ample towel racks.

The apartment was predominantly built by the owners themselves and furnished in a rustic style. The furniture is simple, made from regional wood, and naturally treated.
