Casa Zuela

The apartment features a separate kitchen with a large dining area, a living room with an authentic Grison stone oven, a bathroom with a bathtub, and 2 bedrooms. 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small work area. 1 additional, smaller bedroom with 2-3 sleeping spaces (bunk bed with the possibility of a double bed on the lower level (see photos)). The bathroom features a shower bathtub, a double sink, and a toilet. The living room has a cozy seating area, an armchair, and a Grison stone oven. There is a flat-screen TV (55 inches 4K UHD) available (streaming services can be used with the guest's own login). The kitchen is fully equipped and features a cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A Nespresso and a filter coffee machine, raclette oven, and fondue caquelon are available. In the dining area, there is an extendable round dining table with chairs and a corner bench. The modern and cozy apartment "Casa Zuela" is located on the ground floor of an authentic Grison house in chalet style, situated in the old village core of Segnas (1331 MASL), near Disentis. The apartment features a modern kitchen and bathroom. In winter, the ski slope to Disentis can be reached in a few minutes on foot - the return trip is possible almost to the front door (valley run, slope 132/133). In summer, the surrounding bike and hiking trails, as well as the regional leisure activities, offer many activities in nature. Casa Zuela is an old Grison house with 2 holiday apartments. The house includes a fenced garden with a garden seating area and grilling facilities. In the wooden shed next to the house, skis, sleds, or bicycles can be stored (cannot be locked).
