Casa Zuela

The apartment features a separate kitchen with a large dining area, a living room with a genuine Bündner soapstone stove, a bathroom with a bathtub, and 2 bedrooms.

1 spacious bedroom with a double bed and a small work area. 1 additional, smaller bedroom with 2-3 sleeping places (bunk bed with the option for a double bed on the lower level – see photos).

The bathroom has a shower-bath, a double sink, and a toilet. The living room includes a cozy seating area, an armchair, and a Bündner soapstone stove. There is a 55-inch 4K UHD flatscreen TV available (streaming services can be accessed with the guest’s own login).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, and dishwasher. A Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, raclette oven, and fondue set are also provided. The dining area features a pull-out round table with chairs and a bench.

The modern and cozy apartment “Casa Zuela” is located on the ground floor of a genuine Bündner house in chalet style, situated in the old village center of Segnas (1,331 m above sea level), near Disentis. The apartment boasts a modern kitchen and bathroom. In winter, the ski slope to Disentis can be reached in just a few minutes on foot – the return trip is possible right up to just before the house (valley descent, slopes 132/133). In summer, the surrounding bike and hiking trails, as well as regional leisure activities, offer plenty of opportunities for outdoor adventures.

Casa Zuela is an old Bündner house with 2 holiday apartments. The property includes an enclosed garden with a seating area and BBQ facilities. Skis, sleds, or bicycles can be stored in the wood shed next to the house (not lockable).
