Bedroom:
1 double wardrobe bed with 2 mattresses 90x200, bedside lamps, chair for clothes storage and wardrobe. Bed linen available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay. A cot can be reserved on request for CHF 10.-.

Living room:
Combined living and sleeping area with two wardrobe beds with mattresses 90x190, dining table, upholstered seats, cable TV, radio, CD player, Wi-Fi available, access to the south-facing balcony with garden chairs, garden table and parasol. Wardrobe and vacuum cleaner at the cloakroom.

Kitchen:
Open kitchen equipped with dishes for double the number of people, pots and pans, kettle, coffee filter machine, oven and a fridge with freezer compartment. Kitchen linen provided and included.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, washbasin with mirrored cabinet and toilet. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant or can be provided on request for CHF 10.- per person.

Other rooms:
Communal ski room, equipment room and shoe room.

Quietly located 1-room apartment for max. 2 people on the 1st floor of the apartment building with south-facing balcony. Windows with shutters, not wheelchair accessible due to staircase. Numbered outdoor parking space right in front of the house. Landlady lives in Brigels and is personally on-site in case of emergency.

The manageable ski area/mountain railways, sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, playground, etc.) and shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 150 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap/powder, household paper and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow clearing up to the front door by caretaker. Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
