Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: East-facing view of meadows and lake, ceiling and walls clad in wood, double bed. Bedroom 2: West-facing view of the village and Brigels horns. Single bed, child bed 70 x 140 cm (without railing). Bedroom 3: West-facing view of the village and Brigels horns, bunk bed. Open sleeping area: On the gallery upstairs with a view of the living room, can be screened off with curtains for additional beds. All sleeping areas have wardrobes, bed linen is provided.

Living room:
Open living room with south-west facing view of the village, alpine pastures and Brigels horns. Upholstered furniture (1 sofa, 3 upholstered armchairs). Glass table, hot-air fireplace for cozy hours and as a supplement to central heating (ground probes), carpet.

Kitchen:
Open kitchen with south-facing view of the mountains on the other side of the valley, east-facing view of the open meadow landscape with lake, ski school and ski lift. With dining table for up to 8 people, swivel chairs, fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils for 8 people. Kitchen linen is provided. Ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, fondue set, filter coffee machine, whisk, kettle. Basic foodstuffs are available and should be replaced with equivalent items when used up.

Bathroom:
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2022. 1 bathroom with WC/shower, 2 separate washbasins with a small cabinet, warm cork floor.

Other rooms:
Open gallery approx. 20 m2, accessible via a freestanding staircase to the upper floor, with additional beds and curtains for screening, can serve as a play area for children or a retreat. Carpet, warm cork floor. Storage room for luggage, shoes and skis.

Spend unforgettable holidays in the heart of Brigels in this 1841-built barn, which was converted into a holiday home in 1981.
The house offers generous space of 120 m² for 2 – 8 people on two floors, ideal for families.
The log construction of the former barn, still visible in the living room, and the hot-air fireplace contribute to the cozy ambiance of the house. This charming property with a personal touch is highly valued by long-term tenants. The original barn structure has been preserved and corresponds to today's room layout. The large south window was the former barn door, the wide hallway served as a loading platform. Some of the original logs are still visible. The floor consists of oiled pine strips (slippers are recommended in the living area). The room doors are made of antique solid wood from former houses.

Behind the house, with a view of Brigels Lake, is the garden. In summer, garden furniture, deck chairs and sun umbrellas are available.

The valley station of the mountain railways and the ski school are reachable on skis within a few minutes in winter.
Casa Clavau is located in the center of the village, 3 minutes from the post bus stop. In the immediate vicinity are a bakery, butcher, dairy and the Volg shop.

There is a parking space available in front of the house.
