The house was newly renovated in 2025. Two parking spaces are available free of charge. A garage can be rented on request (CHF 10.00/day). The center of Frutigen can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The footpath leads through a small forest. Frutigen can be reached by car in 2 minutes and the ski areas in around 15 minutes. The ground floor and garden shed are wheelchair accessible (including bathroom). However, there are 3 steps leading up to the house. Room heights 185 cm. Net living space 90 m², plus 30 m² playroom and garden shed (both unheated).
