Bedrooms:
Ground floor bedroom, accessible from the living room, with a French bed (140x200cm), two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a wardrobe. Bedding is provided and included in the price. Upper floor bedroom, accessible from the gallery, with a wall table and stool, double bed (180x200cm), two bedside tables with lighting, wardrobe, and clothing racks. Bedding is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living space spanning two floors with a staircase to the gallery, designed in an appealing mountain style with slate floors. A bright room thanks to the conservatory with panoramic views, soapstone fireplace, breakfast and game table with two chairs, and an open kitchen-dining area with a cherrywood table and four chairs. Corner leather seating group with slate coffee table, flat-screen TV with surround sound system and DVD player. Access to the garden patio.

Kitchen:
The open and well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fondue and raclette set, and a fully automatic coffee machine. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bath-shower combination, toilet, washbasin, storage for accessories, and towels are provided and included in the price.

Other rooms:
Cloakroom with bench, hat shelf, cabinet-shelf mirror, and a covered entrance forecourt.

The 3.5-room gallery holiday home is located in a prime panoramic position in the hamlet of Valata on the Obersaxen plateau, right next to the Piz Mundaun chairlift, which provides access to the entire ski and hiking area of Obersaxen and Val Lumnezia. From the house, with its conservatory and spacious garden patio, you can enjoy a unique view of the mountain landscape of the Surselva region.

In summer, the patio can be shaded and meals can be prepared at the granite fireplace. The garage, accessible year-round, leads via a staircase to the basement rooms with ski storage and washing machine, as well as living spaces. Additional parking is available next to the garage. Public transport, including a free ski bus from Ilanz, a doctor, restaurant, practice lift, ski and snowboard school, and cross-country skiing trails, are all nearby.

A recreational park with a bathing lake, large indoor and outdoor playgrounds, barbecue area, beach volleyball, tennis, and soccer fields is located in the neighboring hamlet of Misanenga. Nearby is a forest lake with a barbecue area, an Icelandic pony farm, and an equestrian facility. This mountain world promises a unique family experience.
