The apartment features an entrance area with a cloakroom, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bathroom (with toilet, two washbasins and a bathtub with shower), a shower room (with shower and toilet), three bedrooms and two terraces (one facing southeast and the other northwest).

Bedrooms

3 bedrooms: a master bedroom (with a large double bed, two bedside tables and a shelf), a spacious bedroom (with a bunk bed, a shelf and a table) and a smaller bedroom (with a bunk bed and a shelf). Beds are made upon arrival.

Bathrooms

One bathroom (with toilet, two washbasins and a bathtub with shower) and one shower room (with shower and toilet). Towels are provided.

Living room

The living room is furnished with two three-seater sofas, a coffee table and several stools. A small stereo system allows you to listen to the radio and play CDs and cassettes. A flat-screen TV is connected to a decoder, enabling you to receive Swiss, German and French TV channels.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a filter coffee machine (as well as an Italian coffee pot). A complete set of cookware is provided, including a raclette set and a fondue pot. Kitchen linen is provided.

Other rooms

In the shared laundry room in the basement -1, residents of the building have access to two washing machines and dryers. 20-rappen coins are required for operation.

Furnishings

The apartment is furnished in a modern style. The furniture is predominantly made of wood, as are the window and door frames. The flooring is laminate with a wood finish, except in the kitchen, bathroom and shower room, where tiles are laid. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The 4½-room holiday apartment (109 m²) is located on the 1st floor of the quiet apartment building “Casa Encarden”, ideally situated in Acletta.

The holiday apartment offers all modern comforts and features a private parking space in the underground garage, which can be accessed directly by lift. Charging stations are available for electric cars.

The holiday apartment has two terraces: the front terrace offers views of the garden, playground and valley. The rear terrace provides a magnificent view of the mountains.

The bus stop in front of the building is served by the free local bus, which runs every half hour during the day (in summer as well as in winter). It takes just a few minutes to reach the cable car leading to the ski area, the Coop supermarket, the village centre with its shops and the train station.

On the ground floor, there is a room with individual lockers for storing skis. On the first basement level, there is a room for bicycles.

The holiday apartment is an ideal starting point for numerous walks, both in summer and in winter.

Pets are not permitted and smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartment.
