2 bedrooms: One bedroom with a large double bed and one room with bunk beds. Perfectly suitable for a family with one child. Both rooms have wardrobes.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room features a dining table with four seats, a double sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony with a view of the Oberalppass. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. A flatscreen TV with cable connection.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a raclette oven, and a fondue set.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom: Modern, small bathroom with a shower and toilet/washbasin. Bathroom linen can be provided upon request.

Other rooms:
Shared use of the washing machine and tumble dryer available on request. Suitable for two adults and two children on request.

The 3-room apartment (1st floor) and the 2-room apartment (attic, 3rd floor) are located in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments. The "Uf am Stutz" house is situated in the hamlet of Misanenga in a sunny location, close to the 4-person chairlift Misanenga - Untermatt and Chummenbühel. The basement houses a ski and drying room. A parking space is available directly at the house. Enjoy a great view of the beautiful mountains just a few minutes' walk from the chairlift and from the Rufalipark with its lake (free of charge).

The Chummenbühel ski lift can be reached on skis. The ice rink, the Rufalipark leisure facility with a lake and a large playground, and the new 4-person chairlift Misanenga-Untermatt are all just a 5-minute walk away. Shopping opportunities are available in Obersaxen-Affeier (10-minute walk) and in Obersaxen-Meierhof (2-minute drive).
