2-room holiday apartment, 45m2 for a maximum of 3 people. Apartment in the basement of a detached holiday house.
The holiday apartment has an open-plan living kitchen, a garden seating area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The dining area and bedroom are furnished with old wooden furniture. The living room and bedroom have recently been repainted and fitted with new, easy-care laminate flooring throughout.
Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a large three-part window with shutters. The beds are made up on arrival.
Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. It is tiled with white tiles on the floor and walls. Towels are provided and included in the price.
Living room: The open-plan living kitchen has a corner bench with a dining table and three chairs, a sofa bed and a soapstone stove. Wood is provided. The living area is very bright thanks to a large window with a sliding glass door, which leads directly to the terrace and the garden. Garden furniture is available.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven and fridge. A fondue set with 6 forks is available. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.
Entrance area: Outside the apartment, in the entrance area, there is a large built-in wardrobe and a small coat rack available.
Laundry room: The laundry room, shared with the landlord, has a washing machine and a tumble dryer with a coin slot. Please bring your own washing powder.

The house is located in Camischolas near the Sedrun train station. Various shopping facilities, the train station and the village centre of Sedrun can be reached in a few minutes on foot. There is a parking space directly at the house.
