2-room holiday apartment, 45m² for a maximum of 3 people. Annex apartment in the basement of a detached holiday house.
The holiday apartment features an open-plan living kitchen, a garden seating area, one bedroom and one bathroom. The dining area and bedroom are furnished with antique wooden furniture. The living and bedroom have recently been repainted and fitted with new, low-maintenance laminate flooring throughout.

Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a large three-part window with shutters. The beds are made up on arrival.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a WC. It is tiled in white on the floor and walls. Towels are provided and included in the price.

Living room: The open-plan living kitchen features a corner bench with dining table and three chairs, a sofa bed and a soapstone stove. Wood is provided. The living area is bright thanks to a large window with sliding glass door, which leads directly to the square and into the garden. Garden furniture is available.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven and fridge. A fondue set with 6 forks is provided. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Entrance area: Outside the apartment, in the entrance area, there is a large built-in wardrobe and a small cloakroom.

Laundry room: The shared laundry room, used in conjunction with the landlord, has a washing machine and tumble dryer with coin-operated meter. Please bring your own detergent.

Pets are not permitted and smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. The accommodation

The house is located in Camischolas, not far from Sedrun train station. Various shopping facilities, the train station and the village centre of Sedrun can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. A parking space is available directly at the house.
