A very cosy 4.5-room flat spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-diner with a corner bench, perfect for convivial evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a raclette oven, a fondue set and everything you need for cooking. The living room, featuring a soapstone stove, a table with a corner bench, a sofa suite and a TV, is the perfect place to relax. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. On the same floor is the bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Notes: Bed linen, final cleaning, local tax (visitor’s tax), as well as heating, electricity and water are included. Tenants must bring their own towels.

The "Hof Arpagaus" farmhouse is situated in the beautiful village of Miraniga. There is space to park several cars right next to the house. In summer, two little benches in front of the house invite you to linger. Depending on the weather, you may spot the goats in front of the barn opposite. In winter, you can put your skis on right outside the house before heading down to the valley station. In the evening, you can ski down to a point just 200 metres from the house. Skis, bicycles and other equipment can be stored in the small barn next to the house. Shopping facilities are available in Affeier or Meierhof. The Rufalipark in Misanenga is a 15-minute walk away.
