Very cozy 4.5-room apartment spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living kitchen with a corner bench for convivial evenings. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, a raclette oven, as well as a fondue set and everything else needed for cooking. The living room with soapstone stove, table with corner bench, seating area and TV invites you to linger. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a room with a bunk bed and a single bed. On the same floor, you will find the bathroom with shower and toilet.

Remarks: Bed linen, final cleaning, municipal fees (tourist tax), heating, electricity and water are included. Bathroom towels must be brought by the tenant.

The charming Miraniga is home to the farmhouse "Hof Arpagaus". Several cars can be parked directly next to the house. In summer, two benches in front of the house invite you to linger. Depending on the weather, you can see the goats in the stable opposite. In winter, skis can be mounted directly in front of the house to head down to the valley station. In the evening, the descent is possible up to 200 meters from the house. Skis and bicycles, etc. can be stored in the small stable next to the house. Shopping opportunities are available in Affeier or Meierhof. The Rufalipark in Misanenga can be reached on foot within 15 minutes.
