Bedrooms:
The flat has three bedrooms. Two double bedrooms with twin beds and a large fitted wardrobe. One bedroom with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe. Bed linen can be provided on request and is charged separately.

Living room:
The living room features a three-piece sofa set, a coffee table, satellite TV and direct access to the 20m² balcony with sun loungers and a lounge area. Free Wi-Fi throughout the flat.

Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (coffee beans not provided), a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a large fridge, a raclette oven and a fondue set. Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom/WC with a bath and a separate toilet. Towels can be provided on request and will be charged separately.

Other rooms:
The holiday flat also features a lovely 20m² balcony with patio furniture, sun loungers and a lounge area. There is a storage room for winter and summer sports equipment. Underfloor heating throughout the flat. Heating, electricity and hot water are included in the price.

The two flats are situated in the modern and comfortable ‘Rosswag’ apartment block in the Obersaxen skiing and hiking region. The building is located on the outskirts of Miraniga in a quiet, sunny and elevated spot with wonderful views of the mountains and the valley.
The 3-room ‘Ernst und Hanna’ flat on the mezzanine floor measures 88 m² and is comfortably and modernly furnished. The exposed beams and warm colour scheme lend the flat a very cosy feel.
The 4½-room ‘Carmen’ flat on the first floor measures 110 m² and is comfortably and modernly furnished.
Parking spaces are available. Pets permitted on request. Non-smoking flat.
On the property, guests may use the large garden and the sunbathing lawn, as well as the washing machine and tumble dryer in the building.
A grocery shop, Rufalipark with its swimming lake and various restaurants are within 5–20 minutes’ walking distance. Monthly rent in summer available on enquiry.
