Bedrooms:
The apartment features three bedrooms. Two double rooms with separate beds and a large built-in wardrobe. One bedroom with a French bed and a large built-in wardrobe. Bed linen can be provided upon request and will be charged separately.

Living room:
The living room is equipped with a three-piece seating group, coffee table, satellite TV, and direct access to the 20m² balcony with sun loungers and a lounge area. Free WLAN throughout the apartment.

Kitchen:
The open kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine (coffee beans not provided), dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, large refrigerator, raclette oven, and fondue set. Kitchen linens are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Modern bathroom/toilet with bathtub and a separate toilet. Towels can be provided upon request and will be charged separately.

Other rooms:
The holiday apartment also offers a lovely 20m² balcony with terrace furniture, sun loungers, and a lounge area. A storage room for winter and summer sports equipment. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Heating, electricity, and hot water are included in the price.

The two apartments are located in the modern and comfortable apartment building "Rosswag" in the ski and hiking region of Obersaxen. The house is situated on the outskirts of Miraniga in a quiet, sunny, and elevated location with a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. The 3-room apartment Ernst and Hanna on the ground floor is 88 m² in size and is comfortably and modernly furnished. The exposed beams and warm color tones give the apartment a very cozy feel. The 4½-room apartment Carmen on the 1st floor is 110 m² in size and is comfortably and modernly furnished. Parking spaces are available. Pets on request. Non-smoking apartment. The large garden and the lawn with sun loungers can be used on the property, as well as the washing machine and dryer in the house.
