Our hotel is located directly on Lake Lugano, in one of the most beautiful and picturesque regions of Ticino: Malcantone. Lugano can be reached in about 20 minutes, while the Italian border is just 200 metres away.
We welcome you in modern rooms with private bathroom, all located on the lake side, with balcony and panoramic views over Lake Lugano. Our Superior rooms offer additional comfort, with air conditioning and lake views already from the bathroom.
For relaxing moments, our wellness oasis awaits you with a heated relaxation pool with massage jets, sauna, steam bath, cold-water basin and relaxation area — all with lake views. The relaxation pool is heated to 33 °C from September to June.
Dining is also all about the lake view: at our BAIA restaurant, we serve Italian and regional dishes to be enjoyed on the beautiful terrace directly by the water. Current opening hours are available at www.baia.ch.
For active guests, a well-equipped bike room is available. Parking spaces are located directly at the hotel and are available for an additional fee.
