The floor-to-ceiling windows show the beautiful mountain panorama day and night. The balcony runs along the entire apartment, inviting you to relax in front of the Arosa mountains. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another bathroom with a shower offers the necessary comfort.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the bakery, supermarkets, ski lifts, or restaurants. The garage parking is directly in the building, although in this very central location, a car is not needed. Adjacent to the apartment is one of Arosa's most popular event venues. In summer, you get a front-row seat for events like the 1st of August celebrations and the vintage car meeting in September.
In winter, you can enjoy ice skating, ice disco, curling, and other outdoor activities. All activities end at 10 PM, except for the August 1st celebration, which ends at midnight.
