The HOTEL HECHT APPENZELL is run as "Garni Plus", i.e. the hotel’s restaurant is not open to the public. We are happy to cater for hotel groups & conference guests at any time. Our partner hotel, ROMANTIK HOTEL SÄNTIS, is an alternative venue for our guests for midday or evening meals.
A stress-free arrival is the best start to a pleasant stay. If you are arriving by car and have a sat-nav, then just key in our address. The hotel is situated in the centre of Appenzell, in the Hauptgasse/High Street next to the pedestrian zone. You can stop briefly to unload your luggage, then park at the Brauereiplatz.
