Chalet Fridolin Nr. 186

On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with a cloakroom, kitchen, living room with a work area, dining room, and a separate WC. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, and both a Nespresso and a filter coffee machine. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, WC, and double sink, one room with a double bed, and a second room with six beds (bunk). Additionally, a travel cot is available in the house. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer are located in the basement.

Chalet Fridolin is uniquely situated in a tranquil location in Braunwald-Schwettiberg, right next to the Mattwald ski slope and hiking trails at approximately 1,425 meters above sea level, close to the Schwettiberg-Lädeli, a small shop with a wide selection. The chalet offers on the upper floor a double room and a bunk room with 6 single beds, as well as a bathroom with double sink, shower, and WC. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall with a large cloakroom, a second WC, the kitchen with an induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer, as well as a dishwasher, dining area, and a living room with seating area, 2 lounge chairs, and a work corner. From the living room, you can access a sunny, large balcony with panoramic views and a spacious garden with a sunny seating area and a covered seating area with a gas grill (summer). In the basement, a washing machine, clothes dryer, and freezer are available. In addition to a complete kitchen equipment for 8 people, including raclette and fondue sets, there are also board games, two high chairs, a nappy bin, potty, and toilet seat reducer, stair gates, bathroom stool, children's dishes and changing mat, as well as four Davos sledges, a Swisscom TV, and WiFi.

The chalet features a fully automatic, heat pump-based central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms. The heat pump also generates hot water. The bathroom also has an electric supplementary heater.

Rental

The chalet is rented from Saturday at 3:00 PM to Saturday at 12:00 PM (other rental times on request, but minimum one week).

When renting for two/three weeks, we offer a 7.5%/15% discount. The prices include electricity, water, and WiFi. Bed linen can be rented for CHF 15.00 per set and will be billed along with the final invoice, as will the local tourist tax. Additionally, a parking space in the Braunwaldbahn valley station car park can be rented from us for CHF 60.00 per week, including electricity from a 230 V / 16 A industrial socket for electric cars. Towels (except kitchen towels) must be brought along but can also be rented on request and subject to availability for CHF 10.00 per set (bath towel and hand towel). Final cleaning is to be carried out by the guests themselves (cleaning materials and equipment are provided).
