On the top floor is the living room with kitchen (35 m2 with fireplace). On the middle floor are the toilet/shower and 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. Additionally, there are 2 more mattresses available that can be placed on the floor, resulting in a total of 6 beds. On the bottom floor is the garage.

Year-round access possible. It is approximately a 12-minute walk to the ski lift. In the summer, there is a large terrace with garden fireplace.
