A washing machine is available in the adjacent basement. The entrance is spacious and perfect for storing winter sports gear. Outside the studio, there is a bench offering a wonderful view of the mountain panorama.

Studio Im Hüttenberg is conveniently located near the Grotzenbüel gondola. The Braunwaldbahn and shopping facilities are just 500 meters away. The studio includes a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a combined living-sleeping area with two single beds; a cot is available on request. A washing machine is provided.

The studio can be rented together with apartment No. 36 on the 1st floor, offering an additional 5 sleeping places.
