The 4.5-room penthouse apartment was completely renovated in 2019. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed. A mattress camp is possible on the insulated subfloor. The living room features a table with a corner bench, a sofa bed, and a television (Swisscom TV and WiFi included). The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, blender, and a Nespresso capsule machine. The bathroom has a shower/WC and a double sink. The car can be parked at the house. Winter sports equipment can be stored in the storage room. The holiday apartment in the middle of the village is approximately 2 minutes walk from the valley station of the chairlift and offers a great view of the Schanfigg. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Dogs are allowed upon request. Additional costs of CHF 7.- per night.
