The 4.5-room penthouse apartment was completely renovated in 2019. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed. A mattress storage is possible on the insulated attic.

The living room features a table with a corner bench, a sofa bed, and a TV (including Swisscom TV and Wi-Fi). The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, blender, and a Nespresso capsule machine. The bathroom has a shower/toilet and a double washbasin.

Parking for the car is available at the house. Winter sports equipment can be stored in the storage room.

The holiday apartment in the heart of the village is approximately a 2-minute walk from the chairlift valley station and offers a great view of the Schanfigg. In the apartment, smoking is not permitted. Dogs are allowed on request. Additional costs of CHF 7.- per night.
