First class and modern furnishings. Wooden floors in the bedrooms and living room. The apartment also has a private garage box (entrance max. 1.95 m high and 2.20 m wide) for one vehicle. Skis and ski boots can be deposited in the ski room or in the garage. Pets and smoking are not allowed. From spring 2023 onwards, 1 mountain bike and 1 trekking bike (not e-bikes) will be available for you in the garage free of charge.

The apartment was last extensively renovated and refurnished in spring 2021.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

The Chesa Lavinas was built in 1970. The Saluver mountain railway can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. Shopping facilities and restaurants are about 200-300m away. Post office and railway station are about 5 minutes walk away.
