1 spacious King-Size bed (180x200), 2 bedside tables with a bedside lamp each, single-sided 230V and USB connection, spacious wardrobe. Matching bed linen available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay. A cot can be reserved on request for CHF 10.00.

Living room:
Combined living and sleeping area with 1 spacious King-Size bed (180x200). Dining table with four chairs, free high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV. Access to the southern balcony with garden chairs, garden table and sun umbrella.

Entrance area:
Coat rack including 2 cabinets. Hat shelf and box with ample storage space for bags. 

Kitchen:
Open kitchen equipped with dishes for 4 people, pots, pans, kettle, filter coffee machine, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and kitchen linen.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with bathtub and shower curtain, washbasin with mirrored cabinet and toilet. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant. Can be provided on request for CHF 10.00 per person.

Other rooms:
Communal ski room, equipment room and shoe room. 

Quietly located 1-room apartment for max. 2 people on the ground floor of a multi-family house with a south-facing balcony. Windows with shutters, not wheelchair accessible due to stairwell. Numbered outdoor parking space right in front of the house. The landlady lives in Brigels and is personally on-site in case of an emergency. 

The manageable ski area/the mountain railways, sports facilities (lake, mini-golf course, etc.) and shopping opportunities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Free local bus in winter, the nearest stop is 150 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Pets not permitted. Non-smoking accommodation. Upon arrival, a waste bag, dish soap/dishwasher powder, household paper and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. Snow clearing up to the front door by the caretaker. Upon departure, the apartment should be broom-clean and the waste disposed of.
