This beautiful 4.5-room apartment is located on the outskirts of Luven, a small village in the Bündner Oberland. The apartment is ideal for both young and old, especially families. It is very quiet and sunny, generously proportioned, and furnished to a high standard with comfort in mind. All rooms and the large sun balcony offer a magnificent view of the Vorderrheintal, the Val Lumnezia, and the Flims rock face. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and can be easily reached by lift from the underground garage.

Luven is located about 4 km above Ilanz, the first town on the Rhine, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. In winter, Luven is directly connected to the Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia ski area via a feeder lift. Other ski resorts such as Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast and Laax/Flims can be easily reached by car in 15 to 20 minutes. From spring to autumn, hikers and cyclists can enjoy numerous tours of varying difficulty levels, both directly from the house and in the immediate vicinity. A lake for swimming is just a few minutes away by car. Golfers will also find excellent courses nearby in Sagogn and Brigels.
