The accommodation is located on the first floor of the building and has a large living and dining area and a separate bathroom and bedroom. The modern kitchen has extensive equipment including a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster and water and coffee maker. All rooms have underfloor heating which can be controlled separately. The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people (2 children / 2 adults). Guests can use the entire apartment alone. In addition, the terrace in front of the house incl. garden table and chairs can be shared. A free parking space is available. Other important notes On request, the sofa in the living room can be used as a sleeping accommodation. In addition, another folding mattress is available for maximum occupancy (4 persons). This is primarily suitable for children.
