Rustic living room with sofa, table and chairs. No TV.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, and moka pot.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. Hairdryer available.

Other:
The apartment is heated with a central heating system (pellets). Additional heating is provided by a soapstone stove in the living area. Firewood is available.
Balcony and garden seating area with furniture.

The rustic semi-detached house is located in an ideal spot on a small square in the Fontauna district. The log construction is one of the best-preserved examples of traditional rural architecture in the Val Lumnezia from the first half of the 18th century.

Casa Fontauna is a listed building. As the historic structure and room layout have been preserved, the house is not wheelchair-accessible. Please note that the centuries-old wooden floors, high door thresholds, and steep stairs may pose certain risks. The holiday apartment, however, is equipped with modern amenities.

Parking: Public paid parking is available about 20 meters from the house or on the school square (about 500 meters away). You may drive up to the house to unload your luggage.

Pets are allowed, non-smoking property, not wheelchair-accessible.
