Our small, detached holiday home with a sunny garden seating area is located in the beautiful Lower Engadine terraced village of Tschlin. The lovingly furnished house with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, and dishwasher) and sunny balcony is located on the upper edge of the village. Our house offers you not only plenty of cosiness on approximately 60 square meters, but also a garden (90 m2) with sun loungers and gas grill, where you can really relax after a long hike. In winter, you can relax in one of the two armchairs by the Swedish stove after a day of skiing or an exciting snowshoeing tour. As it is a former small tower house with approximately 18m2 of floor space, the rooms are on three different floors. On the main entrance level there is a niche with a space-saving double bed and the bathroom. On the next floor is the cosy living kitchen, and on the top floor is the bedroom with windows in all directions. In the additional basement there is a storage room available, which is accessible from the outside. Heating: Electric/Wood stove. Smoking is allowed on the balcony and in the garden. Ideal for nature-loving gourmets and/or sporty hiking, ski touring, snowshoeing or sledding enthusiasts. Also, a beautiful cross-country ski trail between Martina and Scuol and two large popular ski areas (Muotta Naluns in Scuol and the large ski area Samnaun/Ischgl) are reachable in 10-30 (post) car minutes. And in the evening after your return, you can enjoy a cool beer at the Alpenbrauerei Girun in cosy Tschlin or a fine dinner at the Ustaria Tschlin. If you're lucky, a beautiful concert will also take place in the music village of Tschlin. Please note the posters hanging in the village for this. Every now and then the call of the tree pipit drowns out the splashing of the village fountain, a little further away we hear the busy hustle and bustle of the dairy and Romanesque discussions in the village inn: Tschlin is secluded, idyllic, intact and highly vital.
