Our small, detached holiday home with a sunny garden seating area is located in the beautiful Unterengadin terraced village of Tschlin. The lovingly furnished house with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, and dishwasher) and a sunny balcony is situated at the upper edge of the village.

Our house offers you around 60 square metres of cosiness as well as a garden (90 m²) with deck chairs and a gas grill where you can really relax after a long hike. 

In winter, you can unwind in one of the two armchairs by the Swedish stove after a day of skiing or an exciting snowshoe hike.

As it is a former small tower house with around 18 m² of floor space, the rooms are spread over three different floors. On the main entrance level, there is a niche with a space-saving double bed and the bathroom. The next floor up features the cosy living kitchen, and the top floor has the bedroom with windows facing all directions. In the additional basement floor, there is a storage room accessible from the outside. Heating: electric/wood stove. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the garden.

Ideal for nature-loving connoisseurs and/or active hikers, ski tourers, snowshoe runners or tobogganing enthusiasts. A beautiful cross-country skiing trail between Martina and Scuol and two large popular ski resorts (Muotta Naluns in Scuol and the large Samnaun/Ischgl ski area) are just 10–30 minutes away by (postal) car. And after your return in the evening, you can enjoy a cool beer at the Alpenbrauerei Girun in cosy Tschlin or a fine dinner at the USTARIA TSCHLIN restaurant (open Tue–Sun). If you are lucky, there may also be a beautiful concert in the music village of Tschlin. Please check the posters displayed in the village for details. You can park your vehicle on one of the public free parking spaces in Tschlin. Pets are not allowed. Special requests on request.

Local description: It smells of hay and freshly brewed beer. Now and then, the call of the tree pipit drowns out the sound of the village fountain, and in the distance, we can hear the bustling activity of the dairy and the Romansh discussions in the village inn: Tschlin is remote, idyllic, intact and highly vibrant. With its agricultural character, this border community showcases the interplay of humans, animals and the landscape more clearly than anywhere else. With great cooperation skills, the residents of Tschlin tackle tasks and seize opportunities together, with great dedication to an intact nature and authenticity, always for the benefit of the community and in the interests of the guest.
