Our small, detached holiday home with a sunny garden seating area is located in the beautiful Unterengadin terrace village of Tschlin. The lovingly furnished house with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, oven, and dishwasher) and a sunny balcony is situated at the upper edge of the village.

Our house offers you approximately 60 square meters of space, not only providing plenty of comfort but also a garden (90 m²) with sun loungers and a gas grill where you can truly relax after a long hike.

In winter, you can unwind in one of the two armchairs by the Swedish stove after a day on the slopes or an exciting snowshoe hike.

As it is a former small tower house with a floor area of approximately 18 m² per floor, the rooms are spread across three different levels. On the main entrance level, there is a niche with a space-saving double bed and the bathroom. The cozy living kitchen is on the next floor, and the bedroom with windows facing all directions is on the top floor. In the additional basement floor, there is a storage room accessible from the outside. Heating: electric/wood stove. Smoking is permitted on the balcony and in the garden.

Ideal for nature-loving connoisseurs and/or active hikers, skiers, snowshoe enthusiasts, or sledding fans. A beautiful cross-country skiing trail between Martina and Scuol and two large popular ski resorts (Muotta Naluns in Scuol and the large Samnaun/Ischgl ski area) are just 10–30 minutes away by (post) bus. And after your return in the evening, you can enjoy a cool beer at the Alpenbrauerei Girun or a fine dinner at the Ustaria Tschlin. If you're lucky, you might catch a beautiful concert in the music village of Tschlin. Check the posters displayed in the village for details or visit www.musicaincumuen.ch for current events.

You can park your vehicle on one of the public free parking lots in Tschlin. Pets are not allowed. Special requests on request.

Local description: The scent of hay and freshly brewed beer fills the air. Occasionally, the call of the tree pipit drowns out the sound of the village fountain, and in the distance, we hear the bustling activity of the dairy and lively Romansh discussions in the local inn. Tschlin is remote, idyllic, intact, and highly vibrant. With its agricultural character, this border community showcases the harmony between humans, animals, and the landscape more clearly than any other place.
