The 2.5-room holiday apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is located in a sunny and particularly quiet position with a view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the multi-family house "La Signina" at the entrance to Lumbrein. The balcony with a magnificent view of the Val Lumnezia faces south.

The picturesque mountain village of Lumbrein (1405 m above sea level) is an ideal starting point for a variety of hikes in the Bündner Alps, for example an alpine hike across the unique Greina plateau or a "Tras neivs e nevaglias", a culinary hike, as well as mountain bike tours over hill and dale in summer and autumn. In winter, the ski slopes of the Val Lumnezia Obersaxen Mundaun holiday region invite skiers, carvers and snowboarders to enjoy winter sports (17 facilities with 120 km of slopes). There are also opportunities for cross-country skiing, ski and snowshoe tours and various toboggan runs.
