Bedrooms:
3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, plus a baby bed for a child up to 2 years old (in this case, occupancy is 8 people plus 1 baby). The living area also includes 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a wardrobe and small bedside tables. Bed linen is provided (charged separately per used bed).

Living room:
An open living space with kitchen/dining area, cloakroom, living room with 2 single beds, sofa, and 2 armchairs, radio/satellite TV with Smart View function. No internet/Wi-Fi. Router for guests’ own SIM cards available. Spacious 15 m² balcony with table and chairs. 10 m² storage room for luggage, etc.

Kitchen:
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, fondue set, raclette oven, and Delizio capsule coffee machine (capsules not provided). Includes dining table, corner bench, and chairs.

Bathrooms:
Separate WC on the 1st floor.
On the 2nd floor, a spacious bathroom with double washbasin, mirrored cabinet with storage, large shower, WC, and washing machine.
Guests must bring their own bathroom towels.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (105 m²) is located in a multi-family house with a total of 3 apartments. The house sits on a small hill near the village center (5-minute walk) with a beautiful southeast-facing view. Skis, sleds, strollers, and bicycles can be stored on the ground floor. Loading/unloading at the house. Parking spaces are available (max. 2 per apartment), 50 m from the house.

The mountain railway valley station is about a 15-minute walk away. The post bus stop is 200 m below the house.

Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking property. Not wheelchair accessible.
