Holz-Iglu

Our farm is located on a sunny southern terrace in the beautiful Lower Engadine. We live about 2.5 kilometres from the municipality of Sent. In summer, the access road is perfect for a relaxing walk surrounded by nature and in winter for a cosy sledge ride. We manage a 30-hectare mountain farm and run a dairy farm. The arable land extends from 1200 metres above sea level to 2000 metres above sea level. Our farming operation was rebuilt in the year 1994 and was expanded in 2008/9 with the addition of the free-run barn. Our farm is home to about 24 dairy cows, 20–25 young animals, 10–13 calves, 2 peacocks, 2 roosters, 8–12 hens (also chicks in the summertime), silky fowl, 2 pygmy rabbits, 7 cats and 3 dogs.

Dive in and be enchanted by the breathtaking beauty of the Engadine mountains. The wonderful views and tranquility invite you to dream. Spend the night in the cozy wood-igloo, a place where the fox and hare say goodnight. Breakfast is served as it were "in bed". Our lovely and filled basket contains everything your heart desires.
