1 south-facing bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed, reading chair, and large wardrobe. Bedding is available but not included in the price.

Living & Dining Room:
Open living and dining area on the ground floor with a large fireplace as a room divider. Large windows with direct access to the south-facing terrace. Sofa with coffee table and armchair. Dining table seating 6. Flat TV with Zattoo, Netflix, Plex, Wi-Fi, and HEOS sound system available, with dimmable lighting.

Kitchen:
Beautiful, top-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), dishes, and kitchen appliances, including a fondue and raclette set.

Bathroom:
Large bathroom on the 1st floor with a spacious rain shower, sink, and toilet. A separate toilet with sink is located on the ground floor. Towels are available but not included in the price.

Other Rooms:
Nice workspace on the 1st floor with a view of the valley and a large built-in desk.
Washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room.

The holiday home "Casa Vigela" in Lumbrein is a modern wooden house built in 2009 to the Minergie-P standard. It is quietly and sunny situated on the upper edge of the village of Lumbrein, offering a wonderful view of the Lumnezia mountain panorama and the Pèz Terri. With its large window fronts, the house is very bright, allowing for great views of the mountains and weather changes. The house is stylishly furnished and architecturally appealing, with the large fireplace providing a cozy and homely atmosphere even on cold days. From Lumbrein, you can easily reach the excellent hiking and biking area of Val Lumnezia. In winter, you can take the free ski bus to the Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia ski area. With good snow conditions, Lumbrein can be reached directly in the evening via the home-run slope.

The house features a lovely garden with a south-facing terrace overlooking the Pèz Terri and a cozy gravel area on the east side with a view of the valley. A shaded spot is always available, even on hot summer days. Garden furniture and sun umbrellas are provided.
