An open living space offers you a cozy oasis. The living room features a two-piece leather seating group. It has a TV with over 100 channels, Netflix, Wi-Fi and various board games for entertainment.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), a raclette oven, a fondue set, kettle, microwave, toaster, shake mixer, salt, spices, vinegar and oil. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet/basin. Additional amenities such as a hairdryer and toilet paper are available. Bath towels are provided and included in the price.

The holiday apartment on the upper ground floor comprises 4.5 rooms / 6 beds and a cot/high chair. For unforgettable moments, the garden invites you to relax and linger. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the basement.

Two parking spaces are available at the house and are included in the price. Pets allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
