The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables. Bed linen is available but not included in the price.

Living room:
Cozy living room with sofa, two armchairs and a dining table with bench and chairs. TV, radio and WLAN provide entertainment.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fondue set, oven and coffee machine (please bring your own Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules). Please bring your own kitchen towels.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower/WC. Please bring your own towels.

Other rooms:
Garden seating area with table and chairs.

It's just 100 meters from the house to the lift for the Lugnez and Obersaxen ski areas. From the house you have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It's only 300 meters to the village square.
