The apartment features a modern kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room, a bathroom, and 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: Modern bedroom with a large double bed and access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2: Cozy sleeping area for 2-3 people with a pull-out cabin bed.

Bedroom 3: Another elegant room with a box spring bed.

All rooms have wardrobes or dressers. The beds are made upon arrival.

Bathroom: The spacious bathroom has a bathtub including an integrated shower, a double sink, and a toilet. Plenty of towels are provided.

Living room: The large, bright living room features a soapstone stove. Wood is provided. A cozy sofa and blankets invite you to linger. A large TV and Wi-Fi are available.

Kitchen: The newly furnished stylish kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Among other things, it includes an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer with 3 drawers, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven, and a fondue set. Kitchen towels are provided and included in the price. A pull-out round dining table with 6 chairs.

The storage room for skis or bicycles on the ground floor can be used as well.

The holiday apartment "Refugi" is a special retreat in the Grisons mountains. Whoever stays here will be welcomed – even if only for a short time.

The completely newly renovated 4-room attic apartment (90m²) is accessible via the staircase and offers space for 6-7 people. From the balcony, you can enjoy a dreamy view of the surrounding mountains. It is directly adjacent to the Andermatt/Sedrun ski arena, making it ideal for winter and summer holidays.

The storage room on the ground floor can also be used.

There is an outdoor parking space right next to the house. Additional vehicles can be parked in the municipal parking lot.

No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted throughout the house.
