Bedrooms:
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (which can be separated) and one with four fold-away beds, which can be folded up against the wall individually to create more space. Bed linen provided.

Living room:
Living room with a cosy corner sofa suite and a round dining table (extendable) with a bench. Two flat-screen TVs, a cassette player, an iron, various indoor games, information about the local area, walking maps and books.

Kitchen:
Open-plan, modern and well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fondue and raclette sets, an egg boiler, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso XSS filter coffee machine (capsules provided). Kitchen linen must be provided by the tenant.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with rain shower, double washbasins and toilet. The tenant must provide their own bathroom linen.

Sunny holiday flat on the 2nd floor (no lift) with a south-facing balcony. Ideal for families, and also well suited to senior citizens or two couples who are friends. Close to the ski and snowboard school, Kinderland, the ski lift and the Chummenbühl restaurant. A 5–10-minute walk to a café/bakery, bank, Volg shop, sports shop and hairdresser, and 15 minutes to the children’s playground and Rufalipark swimming lake.

The three-bedroom flat is situated in the three-unit Nodahüs apartment block. The building stands out thanks to its brown façade and green window sills.

Tip for families with children: in the woods behind the Nodahüs, right on the footpath towards Affeier, there is a lovely children’s playground with a public fire pit and seating. The fitness trail for active parents is also located in this woodland. As well as Rufalipark in Misanenga, another attraction for children is the fantastic giant trampoline at Cuolm Sura.
