Discounts for children: Free for children up to 3 years old, 50% discount for children up to 12 years old, 30% discount for children aged 13 to 15. Children staying in their own room do not receive a discount.

This apartment (85 m²), which is as good as new, has 3½ rooms and sleeps 6 people. It is situated in Obersaxen-Valata, right next to the ski slope and the valley station. Ski storage is available. In summer, it is the perfect base for hikes and cycle tours.
The flat is on the upper floor, just above the Talstation Valata restaurant. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of Piz Mundaun and other mountains in the Surselva. Very quiet location.
