An open living space with kitchen and dining area, dining table with 4 chairs. Free Wi-Fi - satellite TV. Garden seating area with barbecue facilities directly in front of the living area.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with glass-ceramic cooktop, oven and refrigerator. Kettle, raclette oven, fondue set and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules provided). Kitchen linen available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet. Please bring your own towels.

Other rooms:
Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use, as well as a storage room.

Furnishings:
The house was newly built in 2010 and features a high standard of finish. The floors are tiled and laminated with underfloor heating. The ceiling is made of wood and the walls are whitewashed.

The 2-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a single-family house. The house is situated in a secluded location outside the village and belongs to a farm. From the garden seating area, there is a beautiful view towards Flimserstein. A storage room and a laundry room are available. The post bus stop is about 200 meters away.

Luven is located near Ilanz in a central position in the Surselva region. Ski and hiking areas Obersaxen Mundaun, Val Lumnezia, Brigels Waltensburg, Vals and Flims/Laax/Falera can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

From Ilanz - direction Vrin - after about 2 km from the Ilanz exit towards Luven, turn left at the "Fuors Luven" post bus stop - about 200m after the bridge, take the first road to the left and you will see the house with the stable.
