The Trains from Italy or the German part of Switzerland go to Locarno-Muralto and from there buses 1 and 316 run frequently to Ascona Centrale, which is just 200 m away from the hotel. By car, travellers from the German part of Switzerland follow the Highway A2 through the Gotthard tunnel until Bellinzona, and then follow directions to Locarno-Ascona.
