Spacious bedroom with large double bed and a comfortable bedroom with 2 bunk beds. 1 room with sofa.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. In the living room there is an open wood stove (wood provided), dining table, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment (free of charge). Large balcony with south-facing exposure to morning and evening sun.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass-ceramic hob with oven, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin, the other bathroom has a toilet/washbasin, shower and washing machine. Towels are available and included in the price.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (95 m²) is in a multi-family house with a total of 4 apartments on the 2nd floor. The house is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful spot close to the ski slopes. From the balcony, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

In the basement there is a ski room where skis can be stored. Next to the house there is the possibility to store bicycles in a lockable shed.

Parking is available directly in front of the house.
