A spacious bedroom with a large double bed and a comfortable bedroom with two bunk beds; one room with a sofa.

Living room:
An open-plan living area with a kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open wood-burning stove (wood is provided), a dining table, a sofa, a TV and Wi-Fi throughout the flat (free of charge). Large south-facing balcony with morning and evening sun.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob with an oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided). Kitchen linen is provided and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom has a bath and a toilet/washbasin; the other bathroom has a toilet/washbasin, shower and washing machine. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The 4.5-room holiday flat (95 m²) is situated on the second floor of a block of flats comprising a total of four flats. The building is located on the outskirts of the village in a beautiful setting, not far from the ski slopes. From the balcony, there is a wonderful panoramic view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva.

There is a ski storage room in the basement where skis can be stored. Next to the house, there is a lockable shed where bicycles can be stored.

A parking space is available directly in front of the house.
