Two spacious, bright bedrooms each with a large double bed, high-quality furnishings and a private bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet made of Hinterrhein quartzite.

Living room:
Two interconnecting rooms with a Cameleonda sofa by Maria Bellini, tables, seating options and a tea kitchen. Adjustable lighting options provide different ambiences to suit your preference.

Kitchen/Dining room:
On the lower floor, surrounded by natural stone walls, there is a solid walnut table and a modern, high-quality kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and wine cooler. A door leads directly out to the garden with dining table and lounge.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet made of Hinterrhein quartzite for each bedroom.
On the lower floor, there is an additional guest toilet with shower.

Nestled in the picturesque Valendas, which in 2025 was awarded the title of “Best Tourism Village” by the UNWTO for its sustainable village development, stands a small architectural gem: the Bandlistall. With great care and attention to detail, this roughly 200-year-old barn has been transformed into a unique holiday home. The interior – furnished with sensual and expressive design classics – was entrusted to the style experts at Neumarkt17. The result is a loft-like space with high ceilings, a tea kitchen, two generously sized rooms and a separate upper floor with a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen and a lavish dining table.

The outdoor amenities include a garden adjacent to the kitchen and dining area – a tranquil spot with dining table and lounge – as well as a parking space with the option to charge an electric car.
