Two large bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk (suitable for home office). A smaller bedroom with single and extra bed (for a 6th person), wardrobe and access to the large bedroom. Bedding is provided.

Very spacious living room (44m2), bright and stylishly furnished with a large dining table (for 8 people) and a cozy seating area with coffee table and TV. Swisscom TV with 100+ channels and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.

Kitchen:
The separate kitchen with a convenient serving hatch to the dining area is fully equipped and features a 4-burner stove, oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine (pods), toaster, raclette oven, fondue set, etc. Kitchen linens are provided.

Bathrooms:
Two modern bathrooms. One bathroom with bathtub, toilet, 2 washbasins, large mirrored cabinets, window. Another bathroom with shower, toilet, 2 washbasins, large mirrored cabinets. Towels are provided.

The 4.5-room holiday apartment (110 m2) is located on the ground floor of the three-party house "Alprüüsch" in the Walser settlement of Cresta and is very quiet with beautiful views in all directions. The large terrace and the nature-surrounded seating area with direct access from the apartment invite you to linger. Inside, the apartment is ideally furnished for holidays and offers enough space for 5-6 people (3 separate bedrooms with 2 beds each). The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways. In the evening, you can ski down to almost the front door via the home-run slope. In summer, you can reach the wonderful hiking and biking area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia as well as the Rufalipark with lake in 5 minutes on foot. A private parking space is available in the underground garage opposite, including an e-charging station. Guest parking spaces are available directly on the street. Dogs are welcome.
