Bedrooms:
2.5-room holiday apartment with 4 beds. One of the two bedrooms (with its own WC) is located below the apartment on the ground floor and has two single beds that can be pushed together.

Living room:
The cozy living room with dining area and fireplace, books and games offers relaxation at any time of day. The southwest-facing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the upper bedroom and offers a magnificent view of the chapel and the 'Brigels Horns'. Wi-Fi is available and included.

Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen (with microwave, fondue and raclette sets) and shopping opportunities in the village provide everything for self-catering.

Bathroom:
Shower and toilet are separate.

Other rooms:
Included are electricity/heating/water and the use of the washing machine and dryer (in the communal cellar room).

Further information:
The apartment is suitable for couples of all ages as well as for families with older children.

Electric cars are not permitted to be charged in the garage due to the risk of cable fires.

With its 62 sqm, spread over 2 floors, the apartment on the 1st floor offers a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen and a bedroom with a large bathroom. The second bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a cabin bed. The two floors are connected by an open staircase.
In the living area, there is a cozy Swedish stove that invites you to linger with its warmth. The southwest-facing balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom and offers a charming view of the 'Brigels Horns' and the 16th-century St. Jacob's Chapel (S. Giacun).

The modern kitchen is practically equipped with a dishwasher.
Large windows allow the first rays of sunlight to enter in the morning and offer a view of the village and the ski lift operation. The apartment is virtually half of a 3-party house, which also includes a private garage. The shared laundry cellar of the house has a washing machine and dryer and offers ample space for ski and hiking equipment.

The Casa S. Giacun is located just a 500m walk from the village square with restaurants, a bakery and shops in a quiet cul-de-sac. The lift station of the Brigels mountain railways can be conveniently reached in a few minutes by the free ski bus (bus stop 50m from the house). The post bus station is also just a few minutes away.

Upon request, arrival on Friday or Sunday is also possible.

Pets are not permitted. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
